Sasha

Hello! My name is Sasha, originally from Columbus, Indiana. I graduated form Columbus East High School where my curiosity for ASL and deaf culture began. I discovered the Vincennes program located at the Indiana School for the Deaf, and there I was immersed into the Deaf community. I lived on campus for one year, and was able to experience an array of different signing styles/backgrounds. Since then, I have interpreted in medical, educational, and video relay settings. I have been married since June 2008 to my husband Steve, who is also an interpreter. We recently added a new member to our family, our son Mar born July 7, 2009. I enjoy camping, shopping, working out, reading and spending time with family and friends.
