Nita

Nita began socializing with her rural Deaf community in the fall of 1989 and became an RID certificed interpreter in 1996. She has a true passion for Deaf people, their language and culture and loves to interpret. Her favorite part of the interpreting process is definitely from sign to English.  She believes interpreters should be seen in, and available to, their local Deaf community.
