Born and raised right here in good old Indiana! (smile) My parents were hard working melon farmers (yep, all of us kids had to do this hard work, too) who taught us the value and rewards of our hard work. I currently am living in Owensville, INﾠ with myﾠ husband of 12 years and our 6 year old daughter. My two older children ages 26 and 22 are from a former marriage of 13 years to a Deaf man, and are both employed and attending college.ﾠ I developed an interest in interpreting while married to my Deaf husband, and was absolutely hooked once I began studying and attending ITP classes in Evansville. Upon beginning work as an interpreter, I realized that this is what I truly love doing and feel a great satisfaction when I am able to facilitate communication between all persons involved to a point where they can fully understand one another easily in their native languages.ﾠ
