Register for Your PAH Relay 10 digit Number

1. Read all 5 steps before you begin to register for your 10 digit number.
   YOU MUST REMEMBER THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION.
   Please keep this information in a safe place.
2. After you click submit, you will receive an email from PAH Relay. Please click on the link in that email to validate your email address.
3. Once you have validated your email address, you will receive a post card from PAH Relay which will confirm the home or office address you used when you registered.
4. Follow the instructions on the post card .
   YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS WITHOUT THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD YOU USED WHEN YOU BEGAN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
5. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive your 10 digit number in the mail in about one week.
